Pregnancy pillow if desired
Dress cozy, with no socks and bring water to stay hydrated.
What You can expect from prenatal Yoga
You can start prenatal yoga at any trimester during your pregnancy! This class is meant for you to bond with other mamas to be and destress and address the discomforts of pregnancy.
You will learn yoga poses that are safe during pregnancy and that will ease certain discomforts that arise. Prenatal yoga is very effective to help lead to an easeful birth while preparing the body and mind.
We will focus on breathwork that will help in labor, meditation techniques and poses that help to make you feel better and more confident in your changing body.
